We believe it is essential to tour a facility to explore how well it meets your needs or those of your loved one. To learn how we can meet your individual needs and to arrange a personal tour, please contact our Admissions Coordinator at (614) 276-8222.
Upon admission, a personal care plan will be developed by our interdisciplinary team along with a guide to how the care will be provided. This plan will be monitored and modified as necessary throughout your stay, whether long-term or short-term. Family and caregivers’ involvement in this process is highly recommended so that we recieve your input and can communicate directly with you about the resident's progress.
